PageOne Lighting guarantees that all PageOne manufactured products will be free from defects in workmanship, assembly and materials used in our products. PageOne will repair or replace at company’s sole discretion any regular products that fail to operate due to a defect within one year of the retail invoice. PageOne warrants that any standard finish on a Product will be free from cracking, peeling and corrosion defects during the applicable Warranty Period.

PageOne LED lighting components have a five- year warranty on all LED modules.

This warranty is limited to the correction of any such defect, or the replacement of any such defective item, provided that:

 (a) item(s) was/were purchased from authorized distributors.

 (b) we are properly notified and consent to the return of the item(s) in question

 (c) the item(s) is/are returned with proof of purchase date.

 (d) it is found upon inspection by us that the item(s) is/are defective as noted above.

This warranty does not cover labor costs, consequential damages, nor does it apply to any item(s) that have been improperly installed, overloaded, altered, or otherwise abused by the customer, its agent(s) or employee(s). Other than the described obligation, we assume no further liability with respect to the sale or use of our products.

We make no warranty, express or implied, and disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

ORIGINAL USER: All warranties only apply to the original end use purchaser and original installation of Products. This warranty is not transferable.

The provisions of this warranty do not apply to Products: (i) used for purposes for which they are not designed or intended; (ii) which have been subjected to alteration, abuse, misuse, negligence or accident; (iii) which have been improperly stored, installed, maintained or operated; (iv) which have been used in violation of written instructions provided by PageOne; (v) which have been subjected to improper temperature, humidity or other environmental conditions; or (vi) which, based on PageOne's examination, do not disclose to PageOne's satisfaction non-conformance to the warranty. Additionally, this warranty DOES NOT COVER scratches, abrasions, or deterioration due to the use of paints, solvents, chemicals or abrasive cleaning techniques.

The above warranties also do not apply if:

• The original bill of sale, delivery date, or product number cannot be verified.
• The parts claimed to be defective are not returned for inspection if so requested by PageOne.

The product is not in the possession of the original end use purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. PAGEONE AND/OR SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

FINISH CARE & CLEANING: Initial care for finishes requires only periodic cleaning with a soft cloth, dampened with water. A mild non-abrasive soap may be used along with a soft cloth and water if the fixture is very dirty. Particular care should be taken to avoid abrasive materials and strong cleaning agents as they will quickly destroy the protective coatings and subject the finish to rapid oxidation and discoloration.
