All Retailers must email a scanned copy of their business licence to sales@pageonelighting.com or fax your business Licence to 647.892.7858.
Your application will only be approved upon receipt of your proper documents. By submitting this application, your are agreeing to our procedures and policies.
At this time, Page One Lighting does not approve apications from firms outside of Canada. USA firms are welcome to submit an application for future consideration once we are ready to ship outside of Canada.
